2. Service Booking
All grooming appointments are subject to availability. When booking an appointment through our website or via phone, you must provide accurate information regarding your pet's breed, size, and behavioral history. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a danger to our staff or other animals.
3. Pricing Policies
The prices listed on our website are estimated starting prices. Final pricing is determined by the groomer upon physical assessment of your pet. Factors such as severe matting, fleas, difficult behavior, or oversized breed dimensions may result in additional charges.
4. Appointment Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be billed for the full amount of the missed appointment.
